Residential Services for the IDD Community
Family Caregiver
Our agency offers residential services through the Family Caregiver Act. We are able to hire a family member to provide host home services in their own home. The agency compensate the family caregiver (FCG) at 70% of the residential rate.
Host Home Provider
Our agency offers residential services though the HCBS-DD Waiver. Our homes offer 24-hour support, with an after-hours emergency line that is open every day of the week.
Independent Living
Our agency offers residential services to support individuals who are able to manage activities of daily living (ADLs), basic meals, and medication with minimal support.

All our providers are licensed in CPR, First-Aid, Medication Administration (QMAP), Non-violent Crisis Prevention (CPI), and Person Centered Planning among other things. Our seasoned providers have been working with the community for years, and have extensive experience with all types of individuals. We are able to accommodate high behavioral and high medical needs.

While our agency deals directly with residential services, we can connect our clients to other programs like Supported Employment and Supported Community Connections.
Our agency was founded in December 2002. We understood the need for a residential agency that put it’s clients first, and offered services that promoted independent living in a family setting. We believe in giving everyone a chance, no matter the circumstance, diagnosis, or history of behavior. We have welcomed over 500 clients into our growing family since we started our agency.
